Tony Jaa and Jason Statham, two of the hardest men in film (discounting porn).  Both of them actually know what they are doing in the martial films they act in.  Not even mentioning the agonizing training they go through.  I used to have a copy of Statham’s workout, I followed through for two months (it is pretty tiring by the end of each day) if I can remember it correctly or find another copy I will post it up.
